Yali Wild Swan Cabernet Sauvignon
This wine is deep ruby in colour with aromas of fresh red fruit, such as raspberries and strawberries, together with blueberries and black currants, intermingled with notes of vanilla and chocolate. It has a good body and balanced acidity, with ripe tannins, and good balance between fruit and oak in the aftertaste. It is best served 16°C to 18°C.
Enjoy this wine with mature cheese and red meat, such as roast duck or lamb.
